B96-Ⅱ发酵液对多种蔬菜病害的防治效果及使用技术试验示范 被引量:2

Efficacy of B96-Ⅱ Fermentation in Controlling of Various Vegetable Diseases and Field Experiments Demonstration in Application Technology

摘要 B96-Ⅱ发酵液是山西省农业科学院农产品质量安全与检测研究所研发的、具有自主知识产权的生物农药新品种。通过多年多点试验,采用B96-Ⅱ发酵液蘸根或灌根后,研究其对蔬菜土传病害的防治效果。结果表明,其对甜椒、辣椒、番茄、西葫芦、茄子、油菜、甘蓝、大蒜等蔬菜土传病害均有显著的防治效果;与对照相比,对甜椒、辣椒病害的平均防效为80.6%;对番茄病害的防效为81.6%;对西葫芦病害的防效为74.4%;对油菜、甘蓝、茄子、大蒜病害的防效分别是82.6%,77.1%,65.5%和65.7%。同时,B96-Ⅱ发酵液蘸根和灌根后对以上蔬菜均有明显的促生作用,无论株高、株质量、产量均显著高于对照,促生效果多分布在10%~30%,具体与使用时间、次数、方法及水肥管理水平有关。 B96-Ⅱ is a new biopesticide strain Bucillus subtilis isolated by the Institute of Agro-products Quality Safety and Testing, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Confirmed by multi-years field experiments, through dipping or root drenching with B96-Ⅱ fermentation broth, which control effect on soil-borne diseases of vegetables was studied. The results showed that there was significant control effect on some soil-borne diseases of sweet pepper, pepper, tomato, squash, eggplant, rape, cabbage and garlic, etc.. Compared with control, the average effect on sweet pepper and pepper diseases was 80.6%, the control effect on tomato diseases was 81.6%, the control effect on zucchini disease was 74.4%, the control effects on rape, cabbage, eggplant and garlic were 82.6%, 77.1%, 65.5% and 65.7%, respectively. Meanwhile, B96-Ⅱ fermentation broth dipped in roots and irrigated roots had obvious growth promoting effect on the above vegetables. The plant height, plant quality, yield of the vegetables gained 10%-30% more than control treatments, depending on the time point treated, application times, method used and field management measures.
