从功能重组探讨“面口合谷收”理论基础

Exploring the Theoretical Basis of Orofacial Diseases Treated with LI4 in Terms of Functional Reorganization

“面口合谷收”是我国行之有效的医学经验,是循经远道取穴的杰出代表之一。现代研究表明,在生理或病理情况下大脑皮层手、面区之间存在着竞争依赖性的相互作用。本研究在手阳明经脉的循行、临床上运用合谷穴治疗口面部疾病的基础上,通过针刺合谷穴引起大脑皮层的作用,从手、面区之间功能重组关系,探讨“面口合谷收”的理论基础。

The idea that orofacial diseases treated with LI4 is an effective experience in TCM,which is one of the specific examples of selecting distal points along the meridians.Modern research has shown that under the condition of physiological or pathological,there is a competitively dependent interaction between function area of hand and face in cerebral cortex.Therefore,this article discussed the theoretical basis of orofacial diseases treated with LI4 in terms of functional reorganizationis of hand area and face area by needling LI4,based on meridian route of Hand Yangming and the clinical application of LI4 treating facial disease.
