摘要
目的:探讨循经取穴推拿结合圆利针疗法及成角牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对血清炎症因子和血浆血栓素B 2水平影响。方法:将70例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。观察组患者采用循经取穴推拿结合圆利针疗法及成角牵引治疗,对照组患者采用圆利针疗法及成角牵引治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察疗效及对患者血清炎症因子和血浆血栓素B 2水平影响。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的IL-6、TNF-α及血浆血栓素B 2水平均较治疗前明显降低,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:循经取穴推拿结合圆利针疗法及成角牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,并可明显降低腰椎间盘突出症患者的血清炎症因子水平和血浆血栓素B 2水平。
Objective:To observe the effect of meridian tuina combined with round-sharp needling and angular traction on serum inflammatory factors and plasma thromboxane B 2 in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:70 patients with LDH were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with round-sharp needling and angular traction;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with meridian tuina.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect and the influence to serum inflammatory factors and plasma thromboxane B 2 were observed.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate was 85.7%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-αand thromboxane B 2 were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups,and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of meridian tuina combined with round-sharp needling and angular traction is effective in the treatment of LDH,it can significantly reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors and plasma level of thromboxane B 2 in patients with LDH.
