基于聚类分析技术的清代针灸治疗中风半身不遂选穴规律研究

Research on Selection Rules of Acupoints for Hemiplegia in Ancient Acupuncture Treatment Based on Cluster Analysis

目的:运用聚类分析技术探索清代针灸治疗中风半身不遂的经穴选用规律。方法:利用古代针灸处方管理信息系统,检索清代针灸治疗中风半身不遂处方150首,采用频数分析,获取主要腧穴;在此基础上,利用SPSS 21.0统计软件,进行主要腧穴的聚类分析。结果:清代针灸治疗中风半身不遂的主要腧穴包括16个,其中频数最高的5个腧穴是曲池、足三里、合谷、肩髃、阳陵泉,频数最高的5条经脉是足少阳胆经、手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经和手少阳三焦经,均为阳经,以及4个腧穴聚类结果(即组类)。结论:从古代针灸处方中,发现中风半身不遂治疗选用腧穴的组类,为现代针灸临床治疗中风半身不遂提供了用穴规律参考,为有关研究提供了一定的研究思路。

Objective:To explore the selection rules of acupuncture points for treating hemiplegia in Qing dynasty with the application of cluster analysis.Methods:By using the ancient acupuncture prescription management information system,150 prescriptions treating hemiplegia in Qing dynasty were retrieved to find the principal acupoints by use of frequency analysis.On this basis,cluster analysis of principal acupoints was carried out by using SPSS 21.0 software.Results:There were 16 principal acupoints for treating hemiplegia in Qing dynasty.The five acupoints with the highest frequency were Quchi(LI11),Zusanli(ST36),Hegu(LI4),Jianyu(LI15)and Yanglingquan(GB34).The five meridians with the highest frequency were all yang meridians,including the Gall Bladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming,the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang.Conclusion:From the ancient acupuncture prescriptions,the cluster combinations of acupoints could be found which were selected to treat hemiplegia caused by stroke.The combinations could provide a reference for the selection of acupoints in the treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia.Also,this study can provide some research ideas for the related researches.
