摘要 矿山机械设备中,提升机与主通风机是影响矿山生产安全的重要设备,其运行状态直接影响着矿山生产活动的开展。为降低矿山机械设备故障率,消除安全隐患,对矿山机械设备故障诊断与监测方法开展研究。通过总结矿山机械的常见故障,分析其现象与特点,提出简单易行的故障诊断方法;通过设定监测环节,选择监测参数,实现对提升机与主通风机运行该状态的监测。 In mining machinery and equipment,hoist and main fan are important equipment affecting mine production safety,and their operation status directly affects the development of mine production activities.In order to reduce the failure rate of mining machinery and equipment and eliminate potential safety hazards,fault diagnosis and monitoring methods of mining machinery and equipment are studied.By summarizing the common faults of mining machinery,analyzing its phenomena and characteristics,a simple and feasible fault diagnosis method is put forward.By setting monitoring links and selecting monitoring parameters,the monitoring of hoist and main ventilator running state is realized.
