摘要 为有效降低矿山崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等毁灭性地质灾害的偶发概率及危险性,本文以云南东北部矿业聚集区内的防灾减灾问题为研究对象,以采集到该区域内的遥感影像数据、矿权界限归属关系、自然月内地质灾害记录以及地理、地貌资料数据为基础,对该矿区内的地质灾害及隐患进行了定性分析,建立了相应的量化指标及隐患评价体系,分等级的制定了危险性评价标准,最终制定了不同危险等级下的防灾、减灾策略。经现场反馈,灾害及隐患指标可靠,防灾减灾对策能为提高矿山防灾减灾防范意识,为降低灾害发生的豁然率提供了一定的理论及技术支撑。 To effectively reduce the geological disasters of devastating accidental probability and risk about the mine collapse,landslide,debris flow,etc.Based on the Yunnan mining industry gathered in the northeast area of disaster prevention and mitigation problem as the research object,with the remote sensing image data to the area,mining boundary ownership,records within natural geological disaster and geographical and topographical data as the foundation,the area of the mine geological disaster and hidden trouble of qualitative analysis,quantitative indicators are established and hazard evaluation system,hierarchical made the risk assessment standard,finally made the disaster prevention,disaster mitigation strategies under different risk rating.According to the field feedback,the indicators of disaster and hidden danger are reliable,and the countermeasures of disaster prevention and reduction can improve the awareness of mine disaster prevention and reduction,and provide certain theoretical and technical support for reducing the accident rate of disaster.
