摘要
目前,国家正处于飞速发展的时期,无论是高新科技的进步,还是社会经济的发展,都有着显著的提升,对于金属材料来说,不损伤物质本身的监测以及相关物质材料性能的测试技术,是极为重要的质量控制技术手段。而就目前的技术水平来说,还远远无法满足我国对于金属材料的相关检测要求。而对于当前我国需要发展的领域,如航天领域、生产领域、机械领域等等,都离不开金属材料合格的质量,所以对于金属材料的严格要求,是一件非常具有现实意义的重要事情。而超声无损检测技术主要是针对于金属材料的内部缺少、质量问题进行针对性的分析与检查,以此来保证金属材料在使用中,可以保证其材料结构的使用与安全性能。本文对此主要探究,这种大环境下,对于金属材料超声无损检测技术的相关研究内容,以此开展有意义的探讨,了解和明确超声无损检测技术的优势与特点,从而找到可以有效使此技术普及的方法。
At present,the country is in a period of rapid development,whether it is the progress of high-tech or the development of social economy,there are significant improvements.For metal materials,the monitoring technology without damaging the material itself and the testing technology of related material properties are extremely important means of quality control technology.At present,the fields that need to be developed in our country,such as aerospace,production,machinery and so on,are inseparable from the qualified quality of metal materials.Therefore,the strict requirements for metal materials are of great practical significance.Ultrasound nondestructive testing technology is mainly aimed at the lack of internal metal materials,quality problems for targeted analysis and inspection,in order to ensure the use of metal materials in use,can ensure the use of its material structure and safety performance.This paper mainly explores the related research contents of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology for metal materials in this environment,so as to carry out meaningful discussion,understand and clarify the advantages and characteristics of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology,and find out the methods that can effectively popularize this technology.
