胶乳污泥吸附剂制备及对阳离子染料吸附特性 被引量:2

摘要 以胶乳生产废水中的污泥为原料,通过热裂解碳化及活化剂活化制备吸附剂。研究了活化剂种类与用量等因素对所制备胶乳污泥吸附剂的影响,对其形貌和组分进行了表征,并用于吸附处理阳离子兰X-GRRL溶液。结果表明,在优化条件下制得的吸附剂为介孔材料,石墨化程度低,有丰富的孔隙结构。在温度为25℃,X-GRRL溶液初始质量浓度250 mg/L、吸附剂投加量1.0 g/L、处理时间360 min时吸附效果为佳,脱色率可达98.57%,吸附量为246.1mg/g。吸附过程较好地符合Langmuir等温吸附模型及准2级反应动力学模型。 The adsorbent was prepared by the processes of thermal cracking carbonization and activator activation, sludge from latex production wastewater as the raw material. The effects of type and dosage of activators on the preparation of latex sludge adsorbent were systematically studied. It was characterized and used for treating cationic orchid X-GRRL solution. The results showed that, the adsorbent prepared under optimal conditions was mesoporous material with low degree of graphitization and had abundant pore structures. When temperature, initial mass concentration of X-GRRL, adsorbent dosage and treatment time was 25 ℃, 250 mg/L, 1.0 g/L and 360 min respectively, the adsorption efficiency was the best, the decolorization rate reached 98.57% and adsorption capacity was 246.1 mg/g. The adsorption proc ess was well corresponded to Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
