摘要
通过化学浴沉淀法制备了Fe3O4-还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)复合物,将其作为活化剂,活化过硫酸钾降解罗丹明B(RhB)。考察了pH、温度、过硫酸钾含量、Fe3O4-RGO剂量等要素对降解效率的影响规律。结果表明,降解反应活化能为10.8 kJ/mol,低于目前报道的其他活化剂;在反应过程中起主要作用的是硫酸根自由基。Fe3O4-RGO具有良好的稳定性,5次重复使用后,脱色率仍能维持在90%以上。在处理高含量RhB(COD=800 mg/L)染料废水时,当pH为3、温度20℃、n(RhB):n(K2S2O8)为1:20、Fe3O4-RGO剂量1 g/L时,反应3 h后的脱色率为100%,COD去除率为83.83%。
Fe3O4/graphene oxide(RGO)composite which was employed as the activator for K2S2O8 activation on RhB degradation was fabricated by the method of chemical bath deposition.The effects of pH,temperature,content of K2S2O8 and the amount of Fe3O4/RGO on the Rh B degradation efficiency were investigated.The result showed that,the activation energy of degradation reaction was 10.8 kJ/mol,lower than currently reported values.The SO4·- played a major role in reaction process.The Fe3O4/RGO exhibited good stability and the degradation efficiency could maintain more than 90%even after five recycles.For the RhB wastewater with high content(COD=800 mg/L),under the conditions of pH was 3,temperature at 20℃,n(RhB):n(K2S2O8)was 1:20,and the amount of Fe3O4/RGO was 1g/L,after 3h,the decolourization rate of RhB was 100%and the removal rate of COD was 83.83%.
