摘要 文化自信是对自身文化特性持有的坚定信念,是对本民族文化及其发展优势的高度认同。我国新时代提出的文化自信强调对中国传统文化底蕴的自信、对中国革命文化和社会主义先进文化的自信。多元文化以及多元文化教育突破了单一民族文化的局限,强调对多民族文化的认同。多元文化能够推动教育公平、促进教育正义、提升师资队伍素质,多元文化教育可以从比较、互动、媒介三个维度进行理解。多元文化教育与文化自信之间是和谐统一、相互包容的关系。在教育过程中,平衡文化自信与多元文化之间的关系,必须提升多元文化接受群体的整合建构水平、培养多元文化接受群体的选择能力、帮助多元文化接受群体养成开放包容的文化心态。 Cultural confidence is the firm belief in the characteristics of its own culture,and also the highly-recognized identity of the national culture as well its its development.The cultural confidence raised in the new era of China lays a great emphasis on the cultural essence of the traditional Chinese culture,and on the Chinese revolutionary culture and the advanced socialist culture.Multi-culture and multicultural education break through the confinement of single-nationalized culture and emphasize the identity with the multi-national culture.Multi-culture can promote the educational equality,advance the educational justice and develop the quality of teaching staff.Multicultural education can be understood from such three perspectives as comparison,interactivity and mediation.There is a relationship of harmony and unity,and mutual tolerance between multicultural education and multi-culture.In the process of education,to balance the relationship between cultural confidence and multi-culture,it is necessary to improve the level of integration and construction of multi-culture accepting the group,to foster the ability of choice of multi-culture accepting the group,and to develop the cultural mentality of openness and tolerance of multi-culture accepting the group.
