摘要
一般意义上,教育功能发展趋势可以从主体角度的多元功能、发展角度的阶段序列、效能角度的功能分解等三个维度进行分析。当前,面对复杂多变的社会思潮和日益更新的发展形势,教育价值取向成为影响教育功能的关键因素,即当教育价值取向在地域、人性、社会等不同本位下变化时,会呈现出建设、成长、改造等相异价值,教育功能也会呈现出由独立向协同、由数量向质量、由单项向全程的变化曲线。基于教育价值取向变化推动教育功能本位化,可采取以下措施:重视人性价值、源生教育、社会功能,主动适应教育价值的变化规律;回归社会服务、管理服务、教学服务,主动引导教育价值的变化趋势;统筹个体与社会、科技与人文,主动校正教育功能变化的方向。
Generally speaking,the developmental trend of educational functions can be analyzed from the following three dimensions:the multi-function from the perspective of subject,the stage sequence from the perspective of development and the functional decomposition from the perspective of efficacy.Currently,faced with the complicated and changeable social trend of thoughts and the updated situation of development,the educational value orientation has become the key factor affecting the educational functions.That is,the current educational value orientation presents itself as the different values of construction,growth and reformation when it changes under different standards in such aspects as region,character and society.With this,educational functions take on the curve of change from independence to collaboration,from quantity to quality and from singleness to the whole process.To promote the normalization of educational functions in accordance with the change of educational value orientation,we can take the following measures:focusing on the value of humanity,the original education and the social function to actively adapt to the change law of educational value;returning back to the social service,the managerial service,and the teaching service to actively guide the change trend of educational value;and taking into consideration the individuals and the society,and the science and technology and the humanity to actively rectify the change direction of educational functions.
