全民健康生活方式行动健康生活方式指导员工作现状分析

Analysis on the work status of the instructors of China Healthy Lifestyle for All

目的了解全民健康生活方式行动健康生活方式指导员工作现状及存在的问题,为更好地发挥指导员的健康促进作用提供依据。方法资料来源于全民健康生活方式行动工作信息管理系统,分省统计各地区指导员的数量、分布、增长速度变化情况。采用SAS 9.4软件对网报数据进行清理和统计分析。结果随着全民健康生活方式行动的深入,指导员数量快速增加。2012年全国指导员总数为40695名。截至2018年,共计546294名,是2012年的13.34倍,其中东部、中部、西部地区分别培养了255389、169594、121311名指导员,东部地区指导员的数量高于中、西部地区。2018年全国平均每个县(区)指导员为210.74人,北京市最多,平均每个县(区)为1073.88名,其次是天津市、江苏省、上海市和浙江省。超过1/3的省份平均每县(区)指导员数量≤50人,西部占据10个省份。9省份平均每县(区)指导员数量超过300人。结论指导员工作进展迅速,与各地工作进展密切相关,但是各地发展不平衡,发展速度差异较大。

Objective To understand the problems in the work status of China Healthy Lifestyle for All instructors,and to provide the basis for role of improving the health by instructors.Methods Working Information Management System of China Healthy lifestyle for All was used for data collection.The number,distribution and the progress rapid of instructors in all provinces were analyzed.The used software was SAS 9.4 for statistical analysis.Results The number of instructors increased rapidly with the development of China Healthy Lifestyle for All,in 2012 the instructor number in China was 40695,in 2018 the instructor number in China was 546294,increasing 13.34 times.In 2018 there were 255389,169594 and 121311 instructors in the eastern part,central part and western part of China,the instructor number of eastern part in China was significantly higher than those of central and western parts in China.In 2018 the average instructor number of district or county in China was 210.74,the instructor number of Beijing was the highest(1073.88),then Tianjin,Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang.In more than 1/3 of provinces,the average instructor number of district or county was≤50 persons,among them 10 provinces were in the western part of China.The average instructor number of district or county was>300 persons in 9 provinces.Conclusion The instructor work progressed rapidly and was closely related to the work progress in all regions,but there was unbalance and the progress rapid was different in different regions.
