摘要
针对现有滚动轴承保持架动态特性试验机存在的不足,提出一种内外圈可反向旋转的保持架动态特性试验机。采用两个电机分别驱动轴承内外圈反向旋转,提高轴承套圈的相对转速,并能实现保持架的转速可控;在被试轴承保持架端部垂直布置两个激光线位移传感器,在不改变保持架结构的条件下能同时测得保持架质心的轴向和径向运动;利用该试验机进行了几种工况下的保持架动态特性试验,试验结果与轴承动力学仿真结果吻合,为深入探究保持架的运动机理提供了试验基础。
For the shortcomings of the existing dynamic test rig for rolling bearing cage, a dynamic tester for bearing cage with the inner and outer rings rotation in reverse is proposed. Two motors are used to drive the inner and outer rings of the bearing to rotate in opposite direction, thereby improving the relative rotational speed of the rings, and the speed of the cage can be controlled. Two laser line displacement sensors are vertically arranged at the end of the bearing cage, and the axial and radial movements of the cage mass center can be simultaneously measured without changing the structure of the cage. Several tests were carried out by using the tester, and the results are in good agreement with the dynamics simulation results. This tester provides a test basis for further study of the movement mechanism of the cage.
