柔性电子弯曲疲劳试验机及其实验研究

摘要 长期服役中的弯曲疲劳寿命是柔性电子可靠性的一个重要指标。针对其弯曲疲劳性能测试,目前还没有形成成熟统一的方法,采用对折弯曲模式研制了柔性电子弯曲疲劳试验机,可通过控制两平板间距和相对滑移,实现对柔性电子不同载荷大小的循环加载,结合数字源表,通过实时监测其电阻变化,来表征柔性电子的疲劳损伤过程,从而简单方便地实现柔性电子的弯曲疲劳性能测试。通过有限元仿真分析和实验研究验证了该弯曲疲劳试验机的有效性。 The bending fatigue life in long-term service is an important indicator of reliability for flexible electronic. However, there is no mature and unified method for testing its bending fatigue performance. In this paper, a bending fatigue testing machine for flexible electronics was developed. The sample was folding bending by two parallel plates, and the cyclic loading of different bending strain can be realized by controlling the spacing and relative slip of the two plates. The bending fatigue damage process of flexible electronic is characterized by the resistance changes which can be obtained by the digital source meter for the real-time monitoring during bending fatigue test. The bending fatigue testing machine is simple and practical, and its effectiveness was validated by finite element simulation analysis and experimental research.
