Multi-link Suspension Towing Arm Lightweight Design Based on Multi-disciplinary and Multi-objective

摘要 为了解决某多连杆悬架拖曳臂的轻量化设计问题,首先基于建立的拖曳臂有限元模型对其进行自由模态分析,分析结果表明其低阶模态频率均高于外界激励频率。然后对拖曳臂进行模态测试,测试结果表明拖曳臂模态频率的测试值与分析值的误差率较小。再基于多连杆悬架多体动力学模型获取拖曳臂在极限工况的作用力,并对其进行强度分析,分析结果表明其最大应力都小于材料屈服强度。再基于集成平台对其进行多学科多目标优化分析,分析结果表明优化之后其振动特性和强度属性都可以满足实际工程设计要求,与此同时其成功减重14.3%,轻量化效果比较明显。最后对拖曳臂分别进行台架试验和道路试验,试验结果表明拖曳臂未发生失效,顺利通过了试验验证。 Aiming at solving the problem lightweight of multi-link suspension towing arm. Firstly, the towing arm was free modal analyzed based on its finite element method, the analysis results showed that its low order modal frequencies were higher than external excitation frequencies. The towing control arm was modal test, the test results showed that the modal frequency error rate between the test values and the analysis values was small. Secondly, the towing arm force in extreme conditions were extracted based on multi-link suspension multibody dynamic model, the strength analysis showed that its stress were lower than the material yield strength. Thirdly, the towing arm was multi-disciplinary and multi-objective optimized by adopting integrated platform, the analysis results showed that its vibration characteristics and strength properties could meet actual engineering design requirements, and its weight successful reduced by 14.3%, the lightweight effect was obvious. Lastly, the towing arm was verified by bench test and road test, the verification result showed that the towing arm did not occur failure, it successfully passed the test verification.
