摘要
当前,国内医学信息管理专业人才培养存在培养层次较全,专业特色不明显;专业归属类别较多,培养方向差异明显;课程体系各具特色,标准化程度不足的问题。与之相较,发达国家医学信息管理专业人才培养具有完善的行业标准和形式多样的专业教育,拥有多种培养路径,侧重培养学生的综合能力。借鉴国际化医学信息管理专业人才培养的经验,国内各高校应该通过多种方式搭建大数据与医学有效结合的平台,提升培养层次,拓宽学科交叉融合的广度及范围,通过高校之间联合培养,扩大人才培养范围。
At present,there are many problems in the training of medical information management professionals in China,such as complete training levels,unclear professional characteristics,more categories of specialties,obvious differences in training directions and lack of standardization in the curriculum system.In contrast,the training of medi-cal information management professionals in the developed countries has the perfect industry standards and diversified forms of professional education,with a variety of training paths,focusing on the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability.Drawing lessons from the experience of the training of the internationalized medical information management professionals,universities in China should build a platform for effective integration of big data and medicine through various ways,enhance the training level,increase the breadth and scope of interdisciplinary integration,and expand the scope of personnel training through joint training among universities.
