摘要
与传统的球面及非球面光学元件相比,自由曲面的应用可提高系统设计自由度及成像质量,减轻系统重量,但同时对光学元件的设计、制造及检测提出了挑战。本文分析了头盔显示器中关键光学元件自由曲面棱镜的设计特点,研究了其磨削、抛光及检测工艺,经检测被加工零件性能指标满足了光学系统的设计要求。
Comparing with the spherical and aspheric surface, system design freedom and imaging quality can be improved, and weight reduced by application of the free-form optical elements. At the same time, the design, manufacture and test of optical elements are challenged. The design feature of free-form prism used in the head mounted display is analyzed, and its grinding technology, polishing technology and measurement are researched. The indexes of the processed parts meet the design requirements of the HMD optical system.
