摘要
根据飞机结构特点研究了光笔测量系统的飞机系统件检测方法,着重研究了基准坐标系建立方法,基于系统件数字化定位方法进行检测精度分析,按照工艺编制的测量流程对二次开发的专用测量软件进行了测试验证,测量精度、检测效率等均能满足飞机系统件定位及检测要求,光笔测量系统可以作为性价比较高的数字化设备进行飞机系统件的定位及检测。
According to the characteristics of aircraft structure, the detection method of aircraft system components in light pen measurement system was researched. Analysis of detection accuracy based on digital positioning method of system components. According to the measurement process, the special measurement software developed for the second time was tested and validated. The measurement accuracy and detection efficiency can meet the requirements of positioning and detection of aircraft system components. The light pen measurement system can be used as a costeffective digital equipment for positioning and testing of aircraft system components.
