岩盐气溶胶疗法对职业性哮喘患者WBC、EOS、IgE、IgM及肺功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of rock salt aerosol therapy on WBC,EOS,IgE,IgM and pulmonary function in occupational asthma patients

摘要 目的 观察岩盐气溶胶疗法治疗职业性哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选择2016年8月-2017年5月在黑龙江省第二医院诊治的128例职业性哮喘患者,将其分为观察组(65例)和对照组(63例)。2组均予支气管舒张剂雾化治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上加用岩盐气溶胶疗法,观察岩盐气溶胶疗法对患者血白细胞数(WBC)、血嗜酸性粒细胞数(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)以及肺功能的影响。结果 观察组患者临床症状明显改善,与对照组比较,肺功能中用力肺活量值(FVC%)以及IgM值均显著提高(P<0.05),IgE水平显著降低(P<0.05),并通过重复测量数据的分析证实盐疗治疗效果与治疗时间存在交互作用,即随着治疗时间的延长治疗效果更加显著(P<0.05)。盐疗不良反应较轻,未影响治疗效果。结论 岩盐气溶胶疗法对职业性哮喘患者治疗有一定疗效,可供临床医生选择。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of rock salt aerosol therapy in the treatment of occupational asthma.Methods 128 patients with occupational asthma who were treated in the Heilongjiang Second Hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(63 cases).Both groups were treated with bronchodilator atomization.The observation group was treated with rock salt aerosol therapy on the basis of this treatment.The effects of rock salt aerosol therapy on white blood cell count(WBC),eosinophil count(EOS),immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and pulmonary function were observed.Results The clinical symptoms of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the forced vital capacity(FVC%)in pulmonary function and IgM values were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the IgE level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The analysis of repeated measurements confirmed that there was an interaction between the therapeutic effect of salt therapy and the treatment time,that is,the therapeutic effect was more significant with the prolongation of treatment time(P<0.05).At the same time,the adverse reactions of salt therapy were monitored lightly without affecting the treatment.Conclusion Rock salt aerosol therapy is effective in the treatment of occupational asthma,which can be chosen by clinicians.
