南京市某橱柜制造企业职业病危害现状评价

Evaluation on present situation of occupational hazards in an ambry manufacturing company of Nanjing City

目的 通过对南京市某橱柜制造企业职业病危害因素的调查,分析其产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出相应的防护对策和措施,预防和控制职业病发生。方法 2018年8月,采用工作场所职业病危害作业分级法、检查表分析法、职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测及职业健康体检等方法对南京市某橱柜制造企业职业病危害因素进行调查和评价。结果 企业生产期间存在的主要职业病危害因素有木粉尘、乙酸乙烯酯、甲醇、乙二醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯等化学有害因素,工频电场、噪声、高温和手传振动等物理因素。检测结果显示,打磨岗位的木粉尘时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)为3.5 mg/m3,超限倍数为2.1,均超过相应的标准限值(3.0 mg/m3);打磨岗位的8 h等效A声级为87.5 dB(A),超过相应的标准限值[85.0 d B(A)],其余各检测点和检测项目均合格。结论 企业职业防护设施较完备,现场职业危害因素检测基本合格,各项制度相对完善,无职业病发生。但木粉尘和噪声是本项目中危害较重的职业病危害因素,企业仍需采取有效的防尘防噪设施和相应管理措施,以保护工人的身体健康。

Objective To investigate the occupational hazards in an ambry manufacturing company of Nanjing City,analyze the occupational hazards and their degree,put forward the protective measures,and prevent and control the occupational diseases.Methods In August 2018,the classification of Occupational hazards at workplaces,checklist method,occupational health investigation,occupational hazard factors detection and occupational health examination were applied in evaluation.Results The main occupational hazard factors existed in the ambry manufacturing enterprise were the chemical hazards,including wood dust,ethenyl ethanoate,methanol,ethylene glycol,benzene,methylbenzene,dimethyl benzene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,and the physical hazards,including power frequency electric field,noise,high temperature and hand-transmitted vibration.The detection results showed that the time weighted average concentration(CTWA)of wood dust in grinding area was 3.5 mg/m3 and excursion limit was 2.1,and both exceeded the occupational exposure limit(3.0 mg/m3).The 8 hours equivalent sound level in grinding area was 87.5 dB(A),exceeding the occupational exposure limit[85.0 dB(A)].And the other items in all detection points met the requirements of exposure limits.Conclusion The occupational protective facilities in this company are relatively ample,the detection results can basically reach the requirements of national standards,the system is relatively perfect,and there is no occupational disease.However,wood dust and noise are serious occupational hazards in this project.The enterprises should take effective heatstroke,noise prevention facilities and management measures to protect the health of workers.
