2017年绵阳市男男性行为者艾滋病预防服务覆盖及知识知晓影响因素

Coverage of AIDS prevention services and influencing factors of knowledge awareness among men who have sex with men in Mianyang City in 2017

目的 了解2017年绵阳市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病知识知晓和预防服务的现状,分析知识知晓的影响因素。方法 2017年1-10月,在四川省绵阳市采用滚雪球抽样法,进行MSM艾滋病知识、预防服务、相关行为及血清学的横断面抽样调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 回收有效问卷1 242份,艾滋病知识总知晓率96.5%,预防服务覆盖率94.0%。知晓、不知晓艾滋病知识组HIV阳性率分别为3.6%和6.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.115,P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,双性恋及其他性取向(OR=0.324)、社区朋友数≥10人(OR=0.577)、使用过Rush(OR=0.399)、主要茶室/公园/朋友介绍寻找性伴(OR=0.402)及近6个月商业性行为(OR=0.205)者艾滋病知识知晓率较低,思考过自己可能有HIV感染风险(OR=3.731)、近1年接受预防服务(OR=2.116)、近6个月肛交有保护(OR=2.371)及近1周高频率肛交(OR=2.344)者知晓率较高。结论 2017年绵阳市MSM艾滋病知识普遍知晓,预防服务覆盖率较高。知识知晓与人口学特征、社区朋友数、预防服务、Rush使用及性行为有关,知识对行为的促进作用明显。

Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge awareness and AIDS prevention services among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Mianyang City in 2017,analyze the influencing factors of knowledge awareness.Methods Using snowball sampling method,a cross-sectional survey of AIDS knowledge,preventive services,related behaviors and serology of MSM was conducted in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province from January to October 2017,and the data were analyzed.Results 1242 valid questionnaires were collected.The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and the coverage rate of prevention services were 96.5%and 94.0%respectively.The positive rate of HIV in group with and without AIDS knowledge was 3.6%and 6.3%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.115,P>0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the MSM who are bisexuality and other sexual orientations(OR=0.324),had number of community friends≥10(OR=0.577),have used Rush(OR=0.399),searched for a partner through teahouse/park/friend introduction(OR=0.402),and had commercial sex in the last six months(OR=0.205)had the lower awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.While MSM who have thought about their possible risk of HIV infection(OR=3.731),have received preventive services in the past year(OR=2.116),hade the protection during anal sex in the last six months(OR=2.371)and had frequently anal sex in the last week(OR=2.344)had the higher awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is high among MSM in Mianyang City in 2017,and the coverage of AIDS prevention services is high.The awareness rate is related to demographic characteristics,number of community friends,preventive services,Rush use and sexual behavior,and knowledge plays an obvious role in promoting behavior.
