中文版实习护生学术支持量表在护生中的信效度研究

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Academic Support in the Practicum Scale in nursing students

目的 探讨中文版实习护生学术支持量表在实习护理学生中的信度和效度。方法 对实习护生学术支持量表进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试,形成中文版实习护生学术支持量表,于2018年11-12月便利抽取天津市某三级甲等医院护理学实习学生260名,使用量表进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果 中文版实习护生学术支持量表平均信度指数为0.964。共提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为66.47%,每个条目在其公因子上的载荷值均>0.4。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.954,根据奇偶数折半,折半信度为前12条0.904,后11条0.920,重测信度为0.837。结论 中文版实习护生学术支持量表具有良好的信效度,可作为实习护生学术支持的测量工具。

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Academic Support in the Practicum Scale in internship nursing students.Methods The Academic Support in the Practicum Scale was translated and cross-cultural adopted to form the Chinese version of Academic Support in the Practicum Scale.260 internship nursing students were collected from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Tianjin by convenient sampling from November-December 2018,and investigated by the scale,to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The average content reliability index of the academic support scale was 0.964.Four common factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.47%.The load value of each item on its common factor was more than 0.4.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.954.According to odd and even number,the reliability of half-folding was 0.904 for the first 12 items,0.920 for the last 11 items and 0.837 for retest.Conclusion The Chinese version of Academic Support in the Practicum Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement for academic support on internship nursing students.
