摘要
以福建烟叶碎片作为试验材料,采用加热浸提法、微生物发酵、酶催化法来制备福建烟叶提取物,比较三种不同提取方法,优化出最佳的提取工艺。将提取物用丙二醇溶解后添加到卷烟中进行加香试验。评吸结果显示,酶催化法最优,其次是加热浸提法,微生物发酵法制备得到的提取物产生了一些不愉悦的气息。通过酶催化法制备得到的福建烟叶提取物E3产生令烟气具有清甜感、透发感好、香气量足、余味更净、掩盖杂气、与烟香协调的效果。同时,经过GC-MS方法对福建烟叶提取物E3中的挥发性成分进行分析,结果显示,其中主要成分包括酮类19种、醇类13种、烯类13种、醛类8种、呋喃类4种,还有少量的有机酸、酯类、醚类等其他小分子物质,这些物质是福建烟叶提取物E3最终能够有效改善卷烟品质的重要物质基础。
The extracts of Fujian tobacco leaves were prepared by heating extraction, microbial fermentation and enzyme catalysis using Fujian tobacco leaf fragments as test materials. Three different extraction methods were compared to optimize the extraction process. After the extract was dissolved in propylene glycol, it was added to the cigarette to conduct flavoring test. The results of the evaluation showed that the effect of extract obtained by enzyme catalysis method was the best, followed by the heating extraction method. The extract prepared by the microbial fermentation method produced some unpleasant odor. The Fujian tobacco leaf extract E3 prepared by enzymatic catalysis had the effects of sweetness, good transmission, good aroma, good aftertaste, masking offensive odor, and coordinating with the smoke. At the same time, the volatile components in Fujian tobacco extract E3 were analyzed by GC-MS. The main components included 19 kinds of ketone, 13 kinds of alcohol, 13 kinds of olefin, 8 kinds of aldehyde and 4 kinds of furan. There were also a small amount of other small molecular substances such as organic acids, esters, ethers, etc. They are important material basis for Fujian tobacco leaf extract E3 to effectively improve the quality of cigarettes.
