摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定染发剂中26种染料成分的检测方法。样品经过体积分数50%甲醇水溶液提取,于DIKMA-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)上进行反相液相色谱分离,以乙腈-10 mmol/L醋酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱。使用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长230 nm。结果表明:在1~50 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,26种染料的色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈线性相关,相关系数(r)大于0.999,LOQ值为18~120μg/g之间。在质量分数0.05%和0.1%两个水平下加标,各目标化合物回收率均在94.1%~103.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适合于染发剂中26种染料的定性与定量检测。
A method for simultaneous determination of 26 dyes in hair colorants by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. The samples were extracted by volume fraction of 50% methanol solution as extraction solvents. The extracts were separated on DIKMA-C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm) using a gradient elution program with acetonitrile-10 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase, the detection was conducted by a diode array detector, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. The linear ranges of the 26 target dyes were all in the range of 1-50 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.999. The limits of quantification(LOQs) for them were in the range of 18 to 120 μg/g. At the spiked levels of mass fraction of 0.05% and 0.1%, the average recoveries ranged from 94.1% to 103.8% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 10%(n = 6). This method is accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable, and can be used for the analysis of the 26 dyes in hair colorants.
