摘要 建立了眼霜中硫柳汞和苯基汞的高效液相色谱分离,原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定的检测方法。采用SB C18反相色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇-乙酸铵溶液(60 mmol/L,含质量分数0.1%L-半胱氨酸),AFS测定组份中汞,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明,在此条件下,硫柳汞和苯基汞在0~10μg/L范围内线性良好,两种有机汞的最低检出浓度分别为0.25 mg/kg和0.50 mg/kg,眼霜中硫柳汞和苯基汞的平均回收率在84.1%~96.6%范围内。本方法操作简便,分离速度快,检出限低,适用于眼霜中硫柳汞和苯基汞的测定。 The sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate and phenylmercuric chloride in eye cream were separated and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HPLC-AFS). A SB C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm) was used and methanol-60 mmol/L ammonium acetate was worked as mobile phase to separate these two mercury compounds, the contents of them in sample were tested by external standard method using atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The good linear range of detection was between 0 and 10 μg/L, and the detection limits for sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate and phenylmercuric chloride were 0.25 mg/kg and 0.50 mg/kg, respectively. Sample recoveries in spiked cosmetics matrix ranged from 84.1% to 96.6%.The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast separation speed and low detection limit, and it is suitable for the determination of sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate and phenylmercuric chloride in eye cream.
