局部进展期胃癌新辅助化疗治疗进展

Progress on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for local advanced gastric cancer

目的总结近年来局部进展期胃癌新辅助化疗的治疗进展情况,为指导新辅助化疗的开展及临床研究提供参考。方法对国内外关于局部进展期胃癌新辅助化疗研究的文献进行综述。结果新辅助化疗的有效性及安全性已得到肯定,但在临床实践中,新辅助化疗的方案选择、适应证、化疗周期数、是否联合靶向治疗、化疗后治疗方式的选择、新辅助化疗后的再分期等方面还存在诸多疑问,相关研究也在进行当中。结论胃癌的治疗手段较多样,新辅助化疗疗效显著,已成为进展期胃癌重要的治疗方式之一,但在临床实践中仍然存在许多问题,仍需进一步研究。

Objective To summarize advances of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT)in treatment for locally advanced gastric cancer(AGC)in recent years,in order to providing reference for development of NACT and application of clinical research.Method The domestic and foreign literatures about the NACT for the AGC were reviewed.Results The efficacy and safety of NACT had been affirmed,but there were still many questions in the clinical practice,such as the selection of NACT regimen,indications,number of chemotherapy cycles,whether to combine targeted therapy,the selection of treatment and restaging after the NACT,and relevant researches were still underway.Conclusions Therapy methods of AGC are varied and NACT has an obvious effect,which has become one of the most important treatments for AGC.However,there are still many problems in clinical practice,further research is needed.
