双侧腓动脉缺如一例

Absence of bilateral peroneal artery:a case report

摘要 患者男,48岁,因"右踝外伤后皮肤坏死半月余",于2018年6月6日收住苏北人民医院手外科,拟行游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣移植修复术修复右踝软组织缺损.术前行双下肢CTA检查发现:双侧下肢腓动脉缺如,其供血区域由胫后动脉所代替(图1A).
