摘要 考虑到电梯在使用过程中存在运行不稳定、能耗较大等问题,为了提高电梯的节能群控能力,进行控制系统的优化设计,设计基于PLC的电梯节能群控系统。构建电梯节能群控系统,系统由AD信息采样模块、传感器模块、指令转换模块、信息输出模块和总线模块等构成,采用ADSP21160数字信号处理芯片作为电梯节能控制的数字处理芯片,进行电梯节能群控系统的助力传感设计,设计电梯节能控制的自动控制传输协议,在程序加载模块中实现对电梯节能群控系统的指令加载和输出转换控制,在嵌入式的集成处理器中进行电梯节能群控系统的总线设计,基于PLC进行系统的硬件模块化设计;软件设计过程中,主要对控制指令输出情况进行分析。测试结果表明,设计的电梯节能群控系统具有很好的群控效能,系统的控制稳定性较好,人机交互能力较强,系统的控制稳定性较好。 Taking into account the problems of unstable operation and high energy consumption in the process of operation of the elevator,in order to improve the energy-saving group control ability of elevator and optimize the design of control system,an elevator energy-saving group control system based on PLC is designed.The system consists of AD information sampling module,sensor module,instruction conversion module,information output module and bus module.ADSP21160logic processor chip is used as the digital processing chip of elevator energy-saving control.The assistant sensing Design of elevator energy-saving group control system is carried out,and the automatic control transmission protocol of elevator energy-saving control is designed.The sequence loading module realizes the instruction loading and output conversion control of the elevator energy-saving group control system.The bus design of the elevator energy-saving group control system is carried out in the embedded integrated processor,and the hardware modularization design is carried out based on PLC.In the process of software design,the output of the control instructions is mainly analyzed.The test results show that the elevator energy-saving group control system has good group control efficiency,good control stability and strong human-computer interaction ability.The test results show that the designed elevator energy-saving group control system has a good group control efficiency,and the control stability of the system is good.
