铰链机构型棒材成型器优化设计

Optimum Design of Bar Bundle Former with Hinge Mechanism

摘要 通过分析单侧或双侧油缸抱臂夹紧型、链条抱紧型三种常用成型器机构,总结它们各自的优缺特点和应用范围。在此基础上,分析成型器的工作原理本质,回归棒材捆成型需求的设计原点,使其适合不同直径棒材和捆束大小,避免棒材之间的交叉、扭结,并防止损伤棒材表面,提出一种新的铰链机构型成型器。 The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of commonly used shaper mechanisms,including one side or two side oil cylinder arm-holding type and chain arm-holding type,are summarized. On this basis,the working principle and essence of the forming machine were analyzed,and the design origin of the rod bundling forming requirement was returned,so that it was suitable for the rod of different diameters and bundle sizes,to avoid the cross and kinking between the rods,and to prevent the damage of the rod surface.
