烟气循环对烧结机脱硫脱硝的影响 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了烧结烟气循环意义,确定了烧结烟气循环的原则,通过分析国内学者和钢铁厂实践应用,总结了烧结烟气循环对烧结工艺的影响,并得出最佳循环烟气工况;同时分析了烟气循环对脱硫脱硝的影响,并对各种脱硫脱硝工艺和烟气循环结合进行了综合分析,结果表明半干法脱硫+SCR脱硫脱硝工艺是配合烟气循环的最佳工艺之一。 This paper introduces the significance of sintering flue gas cycle,determines the principle of sintering flue gas cycle,summarizes the influence of sintering flue gas cycle on sintering process by analyzing the practical application of domestic scholars and iron and steel plants,and obtains the optimum working condition of sintering flue gas cycle. At the same time,the influence of flue gas cycle on desulfurization and denitrification is analyzed,and various kinds of effects are also discussed. The combination of desulfurization and denitrification process and flue gas cycle is analyzed comprehensively. The results show that semi-dry desulfurization + SCR desulfurization and denitrification process is one of the best processes to cooperate with flue gas cycle.
