高强度螺栓在国际钢结构工程中的应用分析

Application Analysis on High Strength Bolts in International Steel Structure Engineering

鉴于不同标准体系的高强度螺栓在钢结构工程中的广泛应用,分析各种高强度螺栓的特性以及采购及施工控制要点,对做好钢结构工程非常重要。本文对不同标准和不同类型的高强度螺栓进行了比较,指出预紧力值是高强度螺栓施工的最重要保证指标。对各种类型的产品的施工方法做了分析,特别是美标中大六角高强度螺栓转角法。提出了对于国际工程公司关于高强度螺栓选型及采购和施工管理的建议。

In view of the wide application of high-strength bolts of different standard in steel structure engineering,it is very important for steel structure engineering to analyze the characteristics of various high-strength bolts and the key points in procurement and construction period. In this paper,different standards and different types of high strength bolts are compared,it is pointed out that the preloading force is the most important guarantee index for the tightening of high strength bolts;the tightening methods of various types of bolts are analyzed,especially the turn-of-nut methods for hexagon high-strength bolt base on American standard. Some Suggestions on the selection,procurement and construction management of high strength bolts are put forward to international engineering company.
