2010-2016年青海省天峻县人间布鲁氏菌病调查结果分析

Analysis of investigation results of human brucellosis in Tianjun County,Qinghai Province from 2010 to 2016

目的分析天峻县2010-2016年布鲁氏菌病疫情态势、流行趋势,并逐步完善防治对策。方法 2010-2016年天峻县连续选择3~4个乡(镇)作为监测点,监测15~70岁与牲畜接触密切的人群,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)进行检测。应用描述性流行病学分析方法对病例按不同性别、年龄、职业、民族等因素进行综合分析。结果 2010-2016年共调查天峻县9个县的3 087人,临床诊断病例率4. 02%(124/3 087);确诊病例率1. 68%(52/3 087)。对不同性别、年龄、职业、民族的确诊病例进行统计学比较,除不同职业确诊病例间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=44. 924,P <0. 01)外,其他差异均无统计学意义。结论天峻县布鲁氏菌病疫情比较活跃,存在蔓延趋势。

Objective We analyzed the epidemic situation and trends of human brucellosis in Tianjun County,Qinghai Province from 2010 to 2016,so as to gradually improve the prevention measure. Methods We selected 3 ~ 4 villages or towns in Tianjun County from 2010 to 2016 as the monitoring stations,and people aged 15 ~ 70 who had close contact with livestocks were detected with the methods of Rose Bengal Plate Agglutination Test(RBPT) and Standard Tube Agglutination Test(SAT). Then we applied descriptive study to analyze the cases by gender,age,occupation and nation. Results A total of 3 087 people in the 9 counties were investigated from 2010 to 2016 the rate of clinically diagnosed cases was 4. 02%(124/3 087). The confirmed case rate was 1. 68%(52/3 087). In addition to the differences in the rate of clinically diagnosed cases among different occupations,there was a statistically significant difference in the clinical diagnostics of patients of different sex,age,occupation and nationality(χ^2= 44. 924,P < 0. 01). The other differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion The epidemic situation of human brucellosis in this area was quite active and there was a spreading trend.
