皮胶原纤维聚集结构与皮革感官性能的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 对绵羊蓝湿革进行复揉加脂试验,得到系列具有不同感官性能的皮革样品,采用应力-应变分析,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和感官评分的方法,对样品的感官性能和胶原纤维的聚集结构进行了表征,从纤维运动的角度研究了胶原纤维聚集结构与皮革感官性能之间的相互关系。结果表明:柔软度、紧实度和弹性是胶原纤维运动能力的反应,当纤维束变细、孔隙率增大,股原纤维运动能力增强,皮革的柔软度增加,紧实度和弹性下降;皮革粒面平细度、厚度与胶原纤维聚集的有序性有关,随胶原纤维取向度的降低,皮革厚度增加,粒面平细度下降;丰满度与样品的厚度及胶原纤维运动能力有关,当胶原纤维具有一定运动能力时,随胶原纤维取向度的下降,皮革厚度增大,丰满度增加。 After being retanned and oiled,some samples of chromed sheep leather with different sensory properties were prepared.The sensory properties and structure of them were characterized by stress-strain analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and sensory test.The relationship between sensory properties and aggregate stmcture of collagen fibers was investigated from the point of fiber mobility.The results show that softness,tightness and elasticity are directly related to fiber mobility.When collagen fasciculus become thin and porosity increases,fiber mobility improves,and then softness increases,tightness and elasticity weaken.Thickness and grain flatness are closely related to the order of collagen fibers arraying.With the orientation degree of collagen fibers decreasing,thickness increases and grain flatness decreases.Fullness is related to leather thickness and fiber mobility.When collagen fibers have a stronger motion ability,with the decrease of the collagen fibers orientation degree,the thicknecs of leather increases,the fullness improves.
