摘要
漆酶催化缩合单宁(L-BA)所鞣成革颜色为深棕色,在某些领域可以无需染色而直接使用,为了让L-BA鞣制体系所鞣的成革具有更加宽泛的适用范围,需要对坯革进行染色处理,使成革能够满足不同的需求。利用硫酸铝为非铬金属鞣剂对L-BA鞣制体系所鞣的成革进行复鞣,并研究不同用量硫酸铝对其染色性能以及物理机械性能的影响,通过染色浴液中的染料残留含量对坯革染料吸收率进行测定。结果表明:综合各项指标硫酸铝用量为4%时成革性能最佳,成革收缩温度(Ts)在复鞣前的基础上提高5.6t:,物理机械性能得到小幅增加,柔软度提高至9.4,染料吸收率达到83.28%。
Laccase catalyzed condensed tannins(L-BA)tanned leather was dark brown in color,which can be used directly without dyeing in some fields.In order to make the tanned leather of L-BA tanning system have a wider range of application,it is necessary to dye the crust leather to meet different requirements.The leather tanned by L-BA tanning system was retanned with aluminium sulfate as non-chromium metal tanning agent and the effect of differ ent dosages of aluminum sulfate on its dyeing properties and physical and mechanical properties was studied.Mean while,the dye absorption rate of retanned leather was determined by the content of dye residue in dyeing bath.The results show that the best leather properties are obtained when the amount of aluminium sulfate is 4%.The shrinkage temperature(Ts)of the finished leather is increased by 5.6℃ on the basis of L-BA retannecl leather.The physical and mechanical properties are increased slightly,the softness is increased to 9.4,and the dye absorption rate is 83.28%.
