自消光水性聚氨酯研究进展

Research progress of waterborne polyurethane self-matting resin

介绍了自消光水性聚氨酯(WPU)的特点,综述了近年来自消光WPU和磺酸盐型自消光WPU合成的研究进展。自消光WPU耐水、耐热、力学、手感等性能的不足以及高成本阻碍了其在纺织、皮革、造纸、涂料等领域的进一步推广应用,由此对国内外使用环氧树脂、有机硅、丙烯酸树脂改性提高自消光WPU性能的研究情况进行了概述。对自消光水性聚氨酯的发展趋势进行了展望。

The characteristics of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)self-matting resin were introduced.The research progress in preparation of WPU self-matting resin and sulfonate WPU self-matting resin were summarized in recent years.Low water and heat resistance,inferior mechanical property,bad hand-feel and high cost of WPU self-matting resin hinder its further promotion and application in textile,leather,papermaking,coating and other industry.Therefore the modification studies of those resin by epoxy,organosilicon and acrylic resin to improve the performances of self-matting WPU were summarized.The development prospect of self-matting WPU were put forward.
