摘要
基于协同学原理,以集对分析中的联系度替代协同度,构建淮南市经济发展与生态环境系统协同评价模型,对淮南市2008-2017年经济发展与生态环境系统发展的协同情况进行分析。结果表明:2016年以前,淮南市经济发展系统有序度呈先升后降的"倒U型"态势,而生态环境系统有序度呈先降后升的"U型"态势,2016年后经济发展与生态环境的有序度均呈上升态势。此外,经济发展与生态环境系统有序度均波动较大,导致经济发展-生态环境系统协同度较低,为-0.2,处于不协同状态。
Based on the principle of synergy,the degree of association in set pair analysis was used to replace the degree of synergy, and the collaborative evaluation model of economic development and eco-environment system in Huainan City was constructed to analyze the synergy between economic development and eco-environment system development in Huainan City from 2008 to 2017. The results showed that before 2016,the orderly degree of economic development system in Huainan City showed an"inverted U-shaped"trend,and the order of the ecological environment system showed a"U-shaped"trend of rising first and then rising. After 2016,The order of economic development and ecological environment was on the rise. In addition,the economic development and the order of the ecological environment system fluctuated greatly,resulting in economic development-the eco-environment system has a low degree of synergy,which is-0.2,and is in a state of non-coordination.
