基于熵权改进TOPSIS的煤企绿色转型评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着生态文明建设和环境保护理念的逐渐深入,绿色转型成为新时期企业发展的必然路径。结合煤炭企业转型实际,构建了DPSIR(驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应)共25项指标的综合评价体系,采用TOPSIS方法对陕西某煤矿进行了实证评价和分析。结果表明,该煤矿绿色转型发展水平呈整体向好态势,但整体效果还需进一步提高;从各子系统的贴近度数值来看,驱动力、状态和响应系统均呈现上升态势;压力系统呈现下降;影响系统波动较大。该研究模型方法及其应用,将为煤炭企业绿色转型或绿色矿山建设提供了一种有益探索。 With the gradual deepening of the concept of ecological civilization construction and environmental protection,green transformation has become an inevitable path for enterprise development in the new era.Combined with the actual transformation of coal enterprises,a comprehensive evaluation system of 25 indicators of DPSIR(driving force,pressure,state,impact and response)was constructed.The TOPSIS method was used to conduct an empirical evaluation and analysis of a coal mine in Shaanxi.The results showed that the development level of the green transformation of the coal mine was generally good,but the overall effect needed to be further improved.From the closeness value of each subsystem,the driving force,state and response system were all rising;the pressure system is declining;affecting system fluctuations greatly.The model of the research and its application will provide a useful exploration for the green transformation of coal enterprises or the construction of green mines.
