摘要
研究煤矿工人的安全态度对于煤矿安全管理具有重大的理论和现实意义。在文献研究的基础上编制安全态度测量表,并对200名一线煤矿工人进行问卷调查,其结果证明所编量表有效;利用方差分析法分析了个人因素对安全态度的影响程度;通过因子分析找出安全态度的主要影响因素并建立了矿工安全态度的综合评价模型。分析结果显示对安全态度影响最大的是安全管理与事故认知,管理者应加强对煤矿工人的安全认知教育,提升安全管理水平。
The research on the safety attitude of coal miners is of great significance for the improvement of coal mine safety management level.On the basis of literature research,the safety attitude scale was compiled and 200 front-line coal miners were surveyed by questionnaire.The results show that the scale is effective.The influence of personal factors on safety attitude was analyzed by variance analysis.Through factor analysis,the main influencing factors of safety attitude were found out,and a comprehensive evaluation model of miners’safety attitude was established.The results showed that safety management and accident awareness had the greatest impact on safety attitudes,managers should strengthen safety awareness education for miners to improve safety management level.
