可逆热致变色微胶囊的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation and Performances of Reversible Thermochromic Microcapsules

摘要 以内酯类热敏染料为发色剂,双酚A为显色剂,2-[4-(苄氧基)苯基]乙基癸酸酯为溶剂,制得微胶囊的芯材;以脲醛树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制得了可逆热致变色微胶囊。微胶囊性能测试结果表明,外观呈均匀球状,在60℃左右无色,当温度降低到20℃及以下显色;其变色性能具有可循环性,且具有良好的耐溶剂和耐热稳定性。 The core materials of the microcapsules were prepared with three materials,thermal dyes with lactones as color formers,bisphenol A as a color developing agent,and decanoic acid,2-[4-(phenylmethoxy)phenyl]ethyl ester as a solvent.The wall materials were urea-formaldehyde resin.Thus,microcapsules were prepared via in-situ polymerization.The test results show the prepared microcapsules are spherical,which are colorless at 60℃or around and displaycolor at 20℃and below.The discoloration properties of microcapsules are recyclable,the both solvent resistance and heat resistance stability of microcapsules are very well.
