摘要
大学生作为一个特殊群体,正处于由学生过渡向社会的特定时期,是身心快速发展的时期。在这个时期,大学生要面临着多种多样、纷繁复杂的压力,受这些压力的困扰,他们的身心健康发展的保障就成为了迫切需要解决的问题。本文在阅读大量相关文献的基础上,对空手道运动调控大学生心理压力的效果进行调查,结果发现,空手道运动具有较好的调节大学生心理压力的作用,建议普通高校推进空手道项目在本科教学的开展,鼓励学生创办空手道协会、空手道俱乐部,并提供学习锻炼的场所,使其在改善大学生身心健康发展、心理压力调节上发挥重要的作用。
College students are in a special period of rapid development of body and mind.During this period,they are always confronted with various pressures and bothered by them.Sometimes this may af fect their healthy and development.On the basis of large number of relevant documents,this paper investigated the regulation effect of karate practice on psychological pressure of college students.And we found that,karate practice had a good regulation ef fect on psychological pressure of college students,so we suggest we should promote the development of karate in college school,and clubs should be set if the conditions permit.Thus students will be able to practice in more comfortable environment and promote the development of students.
