精神分裂症衰退期患者一级亲属述情障碍与社会支持、应对方式的关系

Relationship of alexithymia and social support,coping style in first-degree relative of recession schizophrenia patients

目的探讨社会支持、应对方式对精神分裂症衰退期一级亲属述情障碍的影响。方法对242个精神分裂症衰退期一级亲属和176个健康居民施测多伦多述情障碍量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷。以χ^2检验、t检验分析研究组和对照组精神分裂症衰退期一级亲属述情障碍、社会支持、应对方式的差异;以相关分析、回归分析确定述情障碍、社会支持、应对方式的关联。结果精神分裂症衰退期一级亲属中无述情障碍者显著少于对照组(P<0.01);中度和重度述情障碍者显著多于对照组(P<0.01)。家庭内支持、家庭外支持、积极应对与TAS-20各因子显著负相关;消极应对与TAS-20各因子显著正相关(P<0.01)。家庭内支持、家庭外支持、积极应对、消极应对对TAS-20总分有显著的预测作用(P<0.05),对TAS-20总分方差变异的解释率为61.9%。结论精神分裂症衰退期一级亲属的述情障碍发生率较高,领悟社会支持水平、应对方式对其述情障碍有较好的预测作用。

Objective To explore correlation of alexithymia and social support,coping style in first-degree relative of recession schizophrenia for providing solid scientific basis of alexithymia intervention. Methods 242 firstdegree relative of recession schizophrenia were assigned into study group and randomly recruiting 176 health participants as control group,all participants were assessed by 20-item Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),simplified coping styles questionaire(SCSQ). χ^2-test,t-test was used for comparing group difference of alexithymia,social support,and coping style,and Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed for confirming correlation of alexithymia and social support,coping style. Results In firstdegree relatives of recession schizophrenia who had no alexithymia was less than control group,but moderate and severe alexithymia was more than control group(P<0.01). Support from family,support out of family and positive coping negatively correlated to all three subscales of TAS-20 and negative coping had positive correlation with all three subscales of TAS-20(P<0.01). Regression analysis suggested support from family,support out of family,positive coping,negative coping had significant predictive effects for total score of TAS-20(P<0.05)and could account for 61.9% variance of alexithymia. Conclusions Alexithymia had higher prevalence rate in first-degree relative of recession schizophrenia,perceived Social Support,coping styles had significant predictive effects on alexithymia of first-degree relative of recession schizophrenia.
