团体心理治疗联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效及社会功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of group psychotherapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenic and its effect on social function

目的探讨团体心理治疗联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及对社会功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年7月我院收治的106例精神分裂患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所选患者分为对照组与观察组,各53例;对照组患者口服奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上辅以团体心理治疗,比较两组治疗前后社会功能、临床疗效和安全性。结果①治疗前两组PSP评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组PSP评分均改善(F=53.27,P<0.001)治疗后观察组评分明显高于对照组(F=627.55,P<0.001);②治疗前两组PANSS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分明显低于对照组(F=532.17,P<0.001),治疗后各时间点两组PANSS评分均改善(F=127.35,P<0.001);③观察组总有效率为94.34%明显高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05);④两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(χ^2=0.541,P=0.462)。结论运用奥氮平治疗精神分裂患者的过程中辅以团体心理治疗,可更有效的改善患者的社会功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of group psychotherapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenic and its effect on social function. Methods 106 cases with schizophrenia in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The cases in the control group(n=53)were treated with olanzapine,and the cases in the observation group(n=53)were given with group psychological treatment on the bases of the treatment of the control group. The social function,the clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results (1)The PSP score of two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the PSP score of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(F=627.55,P<0.001). After treatment,the PSP score of both of two groups was improved(F=53.27,P<0.001).(2)before treatment,the PANSS score of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the PANSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(F=532.17,P<0.001). The PANSS score of both of two groups was improved after treatment(F=46.35,P<0.001).(3)The total efficiency of the observation group was 94.34%,which was significantly higher than that(79.25%)in the control group(P<0.05).(4)There was no difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two group(χ^2=0.541,P=0.462). Conclusion The application of group psychotherapy in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with olanzapine can more effectively improve the social function of the patients,and improve the clinical effect.
