疏肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁焦虑的肝性脑病患者的效果

The effect of Shugan-Jieyu capsule on hepatic encephalopathy patients with anxiety and depression

目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁焦虑的肝性脑病患者的效果。方法依据随机对照原则将2017年12月~2019年2月我院进行治疗的70例伴抑郁焦虑的肝性脑病患者分为两组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用疏肝解郁胶囊,比较两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者疗程结束时肝性脑病治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时各项中医症候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时血氨、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊对伴抑郁焦虑的肝性脑病患者疗效显著,可明显改善患者肝功能和情绪状态。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan-Jieyu capsule on hepatic encephalopathy patoents with anxiety and depression. Methods 70 hepatic encephalopathy patoents with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases). The patients in control group were treated by conventional symptomatic treatment. The patients in observation group were treated by Shugan-Jieyu capsule based on the control group. The effect of the two groups were observed. Results The total effect of hepatic encephalopathy for the observation group at the end of the course was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The score of SAS,SDS for the observation group at the end of the course were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The Chinese medicine symptom integral of the observation group at the end of the course were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The levels of ammonia,GGT,ALT,TBIL for the observation group at the end of the course were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It has prominent effect on hepatic encephalopathy patoents with anxiety and depression by Shugan-Jieyu capsule. It can improve the liver function and emotional state.
