新生儿科护士的心理压力与成长水平及其影响因素

Psychological stress and growth level of nurses in neonatal department and its influencing factors

目的探讨新生儿科护士的心理压力与成长水平及其影响因素。方法 2017年12月~2018年12月期间选择本院新生儿科室护理人员72名作为观察组,另选择同时间段其他科室护理人员72名作为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分析护理人员心理健康水平,同时观察组护理人员心理压力与成长水平的影响因素,探讨改善措施。结果与中国常模相比,观察组护理人员在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等因子均明显偏高(P<0.05);对照组与观察组护理人员人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组护理人员躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁等因子水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05;护龄、职称、婚姻状况为影响新生儿科护理人员心理健康与成长水平的主要因素,P<0.05。结论新生儿科护理人员心理压力较大,心理健康与成长水平较差,表现为躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、敌对等因子,其中护龄、职称、婚姻状况为主要影响因素。

Objective To explore the psychological pressure and growth level of nurses in neonatal department and its influencing factors. Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,72 nurses in the neonatal department of our hospital were selected as the observation group.72 nurses working in other patients wards in the same period were selected as the control group. Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to investigate the mental health level of nurses,the influencing factors of psychological stress and growth level of nursing staff in the observation group were analyzed. Result The mental health and growth level in the observation group were significantly worse than those in the healthy adults in the Chinese norm(P<0.05). The levels of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the other factors between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05). Nursing age,professional title and marital status were the main factors affecting the mental health and growth level of nursing staff in the Department of Neonatology(P<0.05). Conclusion Neonatal nurses have high psychological pressure and poor mental health and growth level,which are manifested by somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,anxiety and hostility. Nursing age,professional title and marital status are the main influencing factors.
