产后抑郁症护理中ROY适应模式的价值探析

The Value of ROY Adaptation Model in Postpartum Depression Nursing

目的探讨Roy适应模式护理干预方法在产后抑郁症患者的临床应用价值。方法收集本院2017年1月~2018年12月收治100例产后抑郁症患者作为本次研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50),对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组基于Roy适应模式予以护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后HAMD-17汉尔密顿抑郁评分、Zung抑郁量表评分、PSQI匹兹堡睡眠质量评价指数情况。结果研究组患者经干预后HAMD-17评分、Zung-SDS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);研究组干预后HAMD-17评分、Zung-SDS评分对比对照组明显更低(P<0.05);干预后研究组患者PSQI睡眠质量指数评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于产后抑郁症患者临床予以Roy适应护理模式能有效改善患者心理适应状态与改善睡眠质量,并可消除患者抑郁症状。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of Roy’s adaptive nursing intervention in postpartum depression. Methods 100 patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and research group(n=50). Patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while patients in research group were given nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation model. The HAMD-17 Hamilton Depression Score,Zung Depression Scale Score and PSQI Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Assessment Index before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMD-17 score and Zung-SDS score of the study group were significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.05). The HAMD-17 score and Zung-SDS score of the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The PSQI sleep quality index score of the study group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conlusion Roy’s adaptive nursing model can effectively improve the psychological adaptation and sleep quality of patients with postpartum depression,and can eliminate the depressive symptoms of patients.
