圆桌认知疗法对乳腺癌手术女性自我形象紊乱的影响

The effect of round-table cognitive therapy on female self-image in patients with breast cancer after surgery

目的探讨圆桌认知疗法对乳腺癌手术女性患者自我形象紊乱和精神健康的影响。方法将2017年2月~2019年2月于我院接受乳腺癌手术治疗的124例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者接受乳腺癌手术后常规护理,观察组患者接受圆桌认知疗法护理。比较两组患者乳腺癌自我形象量表(BIBCQ)评分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分和乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)。结果治疗后观察组患者BIBCQ评分,SAS评分,SDS评分和PSQI评分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者FACT-B评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论圆桌认知疗法应用于乳腺癌手术患者临床护理有利于降低患者自我形象紊乱,能够降低乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者睡眠质量和生命质量。

Objective To explore the effects of round-table cognitive therapy on self-image disorders and mental health in women with breast cancer after surgery. Methods 124 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine care,while the observation group received round-table cognitive therapy care. The scores of breast cancer self-image scale(BIBCQ),anxiety selfassessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)and the life quality measurement scale(FACT-B)of breast cancer patients were compared between two groups. Results The scores of breast cancer self-image scale(BIBCQ),anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of FACT-B score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The round table cognitive therapy can reduce the self-image disorder and the level of the anxiety/depression,improve the sleep quality and quality of life in breast cancer patients after surgery.
