心理护理干预对小儿白血病患者情绪及细胞因子的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on children with leukemia

目的探讨心理护理干预对小儿白血病患者心理及身体状况的影响。方法将2018年06月~2019年06月本院接收的72例白血病患儿随机分组,常规组36例行常规化护理,研究组36例在常规化护理的同时进行心理护理干预。结果治疗后研究组HAMD、HAMA评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患儿及其家属的满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组生存质量评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组血浆细胞因子水平优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能够减轻白血病患儿的负面情绪、血浆细胞因子水平,降低其不良反应,同时还可以提高白血病患儿生存质量以及患儿、家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in children with leukemia. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,72 children with leukemia were enrolled and divided in to two groups,36 cases in each group. The patients in conventional group were treated by routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention. Results After treatments,the HAMD and HAMA scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The treatment adherence of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group and their families was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). The quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can further reduce the negative emotions of children with leukemia,reduce their adverse reactions,and also improve the quality of life of children with leukemia and the satisfaction of children and their families.
