地方高师院校卓越教师情感教育培养的理论与实践探索

摘要 情感教育是卓越教师培养过程中的重要环节,也是其它教育得以展开的基础。在情感教育实施过程中,必须通过具体而生动的方式达到教育的目的。实践证明,通过特定氛围的营造、游戏情境的设置、具体事件的激发以及审美与艺术的熏陶等途径,将情感教育的理念贯穿在整个卓越教师培养的过程中能达到理想的教育效果。 Emotional education is an important part of the outstanding teacher’s training,and it is also the foundation of other education.In the process of implementing emotional education,it must achieve the goal of education through specific and vivid ways.It has been proved by practice that through the creation of specific atmosphere,the setting of game situation,the stimulation of specific events and the edification of aesthetics and art,and the integration of the idea of emotional education into the whole process of the outstanding teacher’s training,it can achieve the ideal educational effect.
