结合供给侧结构性改革浅谈高校后勤服务社会化改革困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Socialized Reform of Logistics Service in Higher Vocational Colleges Combined with Supply Side Structural Reform

目前,在高校后勤服务当中,其供给侧结构矛盾突出体现在后勤服务尚不能满足师生服务的需求。为了缓解这种矛盾,高校后勤服务有必要继续深化社会化改革,构建多元化的服务主体,丰富后勤服务内容,提高后勤服务的质量。本文以高校为研究对象,对高校后勤服务社会化改革的背景以及所遇困境进行分析和解读,在此基础之上探讨并提出高校后勤服务社会化的路径。

At present,the contradiction of supply side mainly represents in that the logistics service can’t meet teachers’and students’needs in the logistics service of colleges.In order to alleviate this contradiction,it is necessary for logistics service of colleges to deepen socialized reform,construct diversified service subjects,enrich the content of logistics service and improve the quality of logistics service.Taking colleges as the research object,analyze and interpret the background and the difficulties of socialized reform of logistics service in higher vocational colleges,discuss and put forward the path of the socialization of logistics service in colleges.
