现代学徒制在校企合作中的作用

The Role of Modern Apprenticeship System in School-enterprise Cooperation

伴随我国社会经济的发展,“现代学徒制”培养模式在高校教育培育人才的体制中发挥了中流砥柱的作用,尤其在农学、工学等专业,以及中职、高职等职业教育的人才培养过程中表现突出。但由于中、高职院校毕业生对工作性质、环境以及企业对学生的待遇等因素与学生期望值存在一定的差距,为此更多的学生倾向于提升自我学历,以期提高自己的专业能力与素养。但高学历并未与学生胜任工作的能力呈正比,学历只在一定程度上表明学生攻读学位期间的理论知识水平,单纯提高学生学历,并不能适应社会不同行业的发展。唯有提高学生实践应用操作能力,强化专业技能素质,培养高技能应用型人才,方能促进行业的发展。本文对不同专业类别的学生在高校与企业进行联合培养的实例进行了分析与阐述。得出结论,应用型人才更能满足企业发展需求,能使学生更快融入企业并实现自我价值。而培养“高技能应用型人才”的关键在于理论结合实践的教学模式:一方面,应积极建设实践生产教学基地以提高师生动手能力;另一方面,通过校企合作培养学生,联合培养高技能应用型人才,不但满足了学校对人才培养的初心,亦能满足行业对人才的需求,真正实现校企互利共赢。

With the development of social economy in China,the training mode of“modern apprenticeship system”has played a major role in the system of training talents in universities,especially in the agronomy,engineering and other majors,as well as in the training process of secondary and higher vocational education.However,due to that the graduates of higher vocational colleges have a certain gap between the nature,environment and the treatment of work and what they expected,more students are inclined to improve their professional ability and quality.However,the higher education level does not have a direct relationship with the ability of students to be qualified for work.The degree of education only indicates to a certain extent level of theoretical knowledge of students during their degree study.Therefore,simply improving students’academic qualifications cannot adapt to the development of different industries in the society.Only by improving students’practical application and operation ability,strengthening professional skills quality and cultivating high-skilled applied talents can promote the development of the industry.This paper analyzes and expounds the examples of joint training between colleges and enterprises in different professional categories.The conclusion shows that application-oriented talents can better meet the development needs of enterprises,and can integrate into enterprises and achieve self-value more quickly.The key to cultivating“high-skilled applied talents”lies in the combination of theory and practice.On the one hand,it should actively build a practical production teaching base to improve teachers’and students’practical ability;on the other hand,through school-enterprise cooperation to train students and jointly cultivate high-skilled applied talents.The type of talent training mode not only satisfies the initial intention of the school for talents cultivation,but also meets the needs of the industry for talents and truly achieves mutual benefit.
